If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage, spoilage, or incorrect product delivery, you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms below.

A refund may be issued under the following situations:



  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • The product delivered is incorrect

  • The item is spoiled or not fit for consumption

  • The product was not delivered due to operational issues



Refund Processing Time



Once the refund request is approved by our support team,
the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.




The exact duration may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation message once the refund has been processed from our end.



Non-Refundable Situations



  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Requests made after the return/refund window has expired

  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage

  • Personal dislike or change of mind



How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, please contact us via email or WhatsApp and provide:



  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photo/video proof of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem




Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours and notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.



Important Notes



  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment source

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded as store credit

  • Refund approval depends on product condition and evidence provided
